Just outside Jasper in Newton County Arkansas, House on the Rocks is a cozy newly renovated mountain top wood cabin that is the perfect spot for your next family vacation or couples weekend getaway. House On The Rocks is known for its cozy, warm and intimate feel. This 3 bedroom cabin rental accommodates up to 6 guests but is cozy enough for a couple. It is perfect if you just want to hideaway in the trees of the Ozark National Forest for a weekend.
From the minute you walk into our authentic Ozarks wood cabin — you will be surrounded by real native wood planks. As you walk through the cabin and the spacious open dining room, fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and super cozy living room with a rock framed fire place and 50” Samsung flat screen — you’ll find yourself immediately beginning to relax.
Our spacious guest bedrooms will welcome any sleeper. The extra large master bedroom has the most comfortable bed; the King size Sleep Number. Watch tv on the Samsung flat screen and be prepared for the best nights sleep ever! Or enjoy a panoramic view of the Ozarks at your feet out the bedroom window.
Two full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath allow plenty of privacy and space too if you bring friends or family along during your stay at our cabin in the Ozark Mountains. And our sitting room and large back deck give you plenty of space to move around.
There are several canoe and hiking access points just a couple of miles away if you feel like floating the day away on one of the most scenic floats in the country. There are several outfitters that will rent canoes and shuttle you to the Buffalo National River access points.Or if you like to hike, enjoy a little forest bathing or rock climbing at a nearby Arkansas State Park.
There are also many swimming holes and waterfalls you can hike or drive to and several places to go fishing. And if you like to ride, there is world class downhill mountain biking, ATV riding and horseback riding nearby.Take a drive and feel the fresh wind in your hair -- we are located right off of Highway 7 and close to the Pig Trail that both are known as the most scenic drives and motorcycle rides in Arkansas.
